9.30-10.30 /Mark  Bosworth: Credibility of world news/

Mark Bosworth is a British journalist who has worked for the BBC for 10 
years. In London, he was a radio producer on Newshour – the BBC World 
Service's flagship news programme – and wrote news-based features for 
the BBC website.

Now based in Helsinki, Mark makes radio and online features for the BBC 
World Service, Radio 4, Radio 5Live and the BBC website.

10.30-11.30 /Jens Finnäs: Visuality of data journalism/

Jens Finnäs is a Finnish datajournalist based in Stockholm, Sweden. He 
currently employed partly at Sveriges Radio, partly as a freelancer. He 
has worked with media such as Helsingin Sanomat, Yle, Hufvudstadsbladet, 
Aftonbladet and Svenska Dagbladet.

12.15-13.00 /Suvi Ronkainen: Mixing methodologies - mixing knowledges?/

Suvi Ronkainen is a Finnish professor of research methodology at the 
University of Lapland in Rovaniemi. She has large experience in 
multidisciplinary teaching and directing interdisciplinary research 
projects.

13.15-14 /Lasse Rantanen: Layers of information in illustration/

Lasse Rantanen is a Finnish visual journalist and an illustrator. His 
work has been published in various magazines, books and newspapers such 
as Helsingin Sanomat. Rantanen has also written a text book on visual 
journalism in magazines. He has lectured in many academies, institutes 
and received the golden and the best of show awards of SNDScandinavia in 
2012.
