[ecrea] CFP: Media Education Summit 2012.

This is the final call for papers for this year's annual Media Education Summit, 11-12th September 2012, at Bournemouth University.

Keynote speakers now confirmed are: Ian Livingstone (Eidos& BAFTA), Caroline Norbury (Creative England), Paul Lewis (The Guardian) and Jon Dovey (University of the West of England).
The Summit also features 'MERJ Conversations' pre-conference session, hosted by the Media Education Research Journal, convened by John Potter (The Institute of Education) and chaired by Julian McDougall (University of Wolverhampton and editor of MERJ):

Deadline for these is Friday 29th June, 2012.
Accommodation this year is at a 4-star hotel, where delegates can unwind after a hard day at the coal-face of creative pedagogy with a light ale, and Pete Fraser's legendary quiz.
This year, delegates at the Summit also have the opportunity to participate in a follow-on event at the same venue, 'Bridging the Gap' hosted by Skillset and Teesside University:
