[ecrea] CFP McLuhan Studies: new deadline and Call for Cover

According to the many requests, we have scheduled a new deadline for the 
Call for Paper "Education Overload: from Total Surround to Pattern 
Recognition" of the second issue of the International Journal of McLuhan 
Studies: *June 17th*. Paper arriving after this deadline will not be 
peer reviewed.
