[ecrea] ECC2012 Istanbul: CFP closes 28 Feb. (last reminder)

The call for proposals for the *4th European Communication Conference* 
(Istanbul, 24-27 October 2012) will close on Tuesday 28 February. There 
will be no deadline extension.

Due to probable overload of the submission system, the organizers 
recommend that submissions be uploaded as soon as possible.
