[ecrea] Call for papers - 'Understanding Transition V - Developing Dialogic Communication' international conference

Dear colleagues,
The Faculty of Journalism and Communication Studies (University of
Bucharest, Romania), the Association of Trainers in Journalism and
Communication (AFCOM) and the Lumière University Lyon 2 (France)
organise the 5^th edition of the international conference *Understanding
Transition. *This year the theme of the conference is *Developing
Dialogic Communication*. The conference will take place in March (16-17).
Presentations based on empirical research and on sound theoretical
approaches are invited on topics such as:
-Insights into dialogic theories
-Argumentative and/or dialogic communication
-Dialogic communication and cognitive processes
-Dialogic communication: from theory to (cultural) practice
-Dialogic communication and media studies
-Dialogic internet principles
-Online/offline organization-public relationships
-Dialogic communication throughout crisis situations
-Dialogic communication and cultural studies
-Challenges of new media and social media for dialogic communication
-Dialogism and technology
-Digital citizenship
-Advertising industry and dialogic communication challenges
-Dialogic communication development within the Romanian advertising
during transition
-Any other topic related to the main theme of the conference.
The conference languages are *English and French.*

*Deadline for abstracts: January 20, 2017*
*Notification of acceptance: February 1, 2017*
*Deadline for registration fee – February 20, 2017*
*AFCOM members – 150 RON (the 2017 AFCOM membership fee)*
*Non-AFCOM members - 180 RON/ 40 euro *
*PhD students – 90 RON/ 20 euro *
*Deadline for complete manuscripts: April 15, 2017*
