Fri Apr 27 05:11:09 GMT 2012
This is a first call for papers for the 8th International Conference on
Information Warfare and Security (ICIW-2013) which is being held at the
Regis University, Denver, Colorado, USA on 25-26 March 2013.
This call will close on 3rd September 2012.
ICIW provides an opportunity for academics, practitioners and
consultants from around the world who are involved in the study,
management, development and implementation of systems and concepts to
combat information warfare or to improve information systems security to
come together and exchange ideas. There are several strong strands of
research interest that are developing in the area including the
understanding of threats and risks to information systems, the
development of a strong security culture, as well as incident detection
and post incident investigation. This conference is now well established
as a key event for individuals working in the field from around the world.
