[ecrea] new publication: Transparency of public service media

Transparency of public service media

The EBU’s Media Intelligence Service (MIS) has created a framework to
help public service media (PSM) measure organizational transparency and
build a more trusting relationship with audiences. The framework
includes a report, freely available, which contains why and how the 38
indicators were selected. On top of this report, a self-assessment tool
exclusively available for EBU Members has been developed.
