*Globe No 4: Call for papers*

/Globe: A Journal of Language, Culture and Communication/is an
interdisciplinary peer-reviewed open access journal which seeks to
publish original research articles of high quality in language,
linguistics, and communication studies. /Globe/ is anchored at Aalborg
University in Denmark and is managed by members of two research groups
in language and communication. The fourth issue is scheduled for
publication in the spring of 2016, and will consist of a thematic
section, an open section, and a section for book reviews.

The thematic section of the fourth issue focuses on the /Discourse and
Communication in Professional Contexts,//and we invite contributions
/dealing with discourse and communication aspects relating to
organizational communication from different perspectives, addressing
opportunities and limitations of the interaction between different
social actors in professional contexts. Papers may focus on empirical
cases as well as conceptual or theoretical issues within the following
or related themes:

·Stakeholder dialogue

·Intercultural interaction

·Organizational culture

·Identity construction

·Digital Media

This issue will include selected papers from the 1st International and
Interdisciplinary Conference on Discourse and Communication in
Professional Contexts, with the title “Organizational Communication –
from Academic and Practical Perspectives”, held in Aalborg August 2015,
but is also open for other contributions within the field of discourse
and communication in professional contexts.

The editorial team hereby invites researchers within this field to
submit contributions in English, Spanish, German, or Danish (which are
the publication languages of the journal) to all three sections of the
fourth issue.
