The deadline for submitting abstracts for BledCom 2015 is fast 
approaching. You are welcome to submitt paper abstracts and panel

BledCom 2015* *Program Committee invites you to the 22nd International 
Public Relations Research Symposium on* July 3 and July 4, 2015 in Bled, 
Slovenia*. The topic of BledCom 2015 is *Sleeeping (with the) media*. 
You are welcome to submitt 500 – 800 word abstracts, that address not 
only the theme of the conference but on all topics related to public 
relations and related disciplines (communication management, corporate 
communication, strategic communication…). BledCom has always invited 
both academics and practitioners to present and participate and this 
year is no exception. We also invite panel proposals.

*Jim and Lauri Grunig Award for best paper*


As previously announced, the royalties from the festschrift to the 
Grunigs (presented at BledCom 2012) will fund a prize for the top paper 
presented at BledCom 2015. The deadline for full paper submission to be 
considered for this award is /1 June 2015/.

*Special issue of Public Relations Review*


The Program Committee will be guest editing a special issue of Public 
Relations Review based on the main topic. Papers presented at BledCom 
2015 will be considered for publication in the special issue. (A special 
issue based on 2014 BledCom on New Digital Publics is already in 
production.)
