Call for Papers The International Conference: New Media and Public
Communication On the foundation of internet and mobile internet, new
media technologies are not only changing the media ecology in China, but
also playing an important role in shaping Chinese social and political
life, particularly in the aspects of public affairs, public policy,
public governance and public relations. Due to media development and
social transformation, many new research topics are proposed. School of
Journalism and Communication at Zhengzhou University focuses on new
interactive relationships and various hot issues in media development
and social public life nowadays. Moreover, it takes New Media and Public
Communication as features in its academic research and discipline
development. To host this high-level international academic conference,
Zhengzhou University expects to promote the deep thinking and in-depth
communications between academia and industry around the issues related
to the theme of this conference. This conference will be held in
Zhengzhou, October31-November 1, 2015. Now the organizing committee
sincerely invites experts, scholars, postgraduate and doctoral students
who concentrate on new media studies from all circles to submit their

4.Requirements for papers 　-Paper submitted should be unpublished in
any other academic conferences, proceedings and public publications.
　-Paper is generally controlled within 10,000 characters/words with
about 300 words of abstract and 3-5 keywords. -Paper submitted should
conform to the format (see Appendix). 　-Papers should be attached with
title, author's name, affiliation, postal code, e-mail, cell phone and
related information. -Papers submissions will only be accepted via

returned, please keep paper manuscripts by yourself. 5.Important dates
　Submission Deadline: October 10, 2015 Selected presenters will be
