Fri Jul 15 08:25:42 GMT 2022

Jon Stratton is excited to announce that the third book in the 33 1/3 Oceania series published by Bloomsbury is now available as an e-book. Although not formally published as a hard copy until October 6, the e-book of Lachlan Goold and Lauren Istvandity’s book on Regurgitator’s Unitalbum can now be purchased or ordered for your university library. A section is available on Google Books. The back cover blurb explains:

‘This volume situates the development of Unitamongst the DIY culture of a politically charged Brisbane scene, and breaks down the album through the lens of recording and songwriting processes. This book outlines the impact of Regurgitator's music locally and globally, by discussing what made Unita success at the peak of the alternative music genre.’
