Apologies for cross-posting. It is my pleasure to announce the launch of
The Popular Culture Studies Journal, the official journal of The Midwest
Popular Culture Association / American Culture Association
(http://mpcaaca.org/). The first volume is a double issue and
open-source, available at the link below:
Issues #1-2 are now available online:
http://mpcaaca.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/PCSJ_vol1.pdf
PCSJ features an exclusive partnership with Figure/Ground Communication,
resulting in an interview with Arthur Asa Berger and a lead article on
autoethnography and popular culture by Andrew F. Herrmann, as well as
additional articles and book reviews.
We hope you enjoy it and invite you to submit your articles and book
reviews for our next issue, which will be offered both in print and
electronic versions (deadline TBA).
