[ecrea] CFP: International Critical Media Literacy conference

Call for proposals for the 2019 International Critical Media Literacy 
Conference (7th annual) ends Oct. 31, 2018.

This multidisciplinary conference is designed to aid current educational 
leaders, future teachers, youth, and other concerned citizens in their 
understanding of mass media and its impact on the events that shape our 
daily lives. Promoting critical media literacy is essential in 
excavating social inequalities and fostering participatory democracy 
during the 21st century.

The conference takes place February 22-23, 2019 in Savannah, GA.

Proposals will undergo a blind review process. If you are selected, you 
can permanently store your presentation on the conference 
site. Proposals submissions will be accepted on relevant topics 
until October 31, 2018.

You’ll receive notice of decision on or about Nov. 16, 2018.
