The International Journal of Media and Cultural Politics (MCP) is committed to analyzing the politics of communication(s) and cultural processes. It addresses cultural politics in their local, international and global dimensions, recognizing equally the importance of issues defined by their specific cultural geography and those which traverse cultures and nations. MCP promotes critical, in-depth, engaged research on the intersections of sociology, politics, cultural studies and media studies and invites sharp, contemporary, stimulating analyses of issues of live concern for a broad range of cultures and nations and for the international community.
