Visual communication workshop inspired by 1968 "
6 and 7 October BASE Milan

Curated by Andréa Poshar

Among the protests of 1968, an artistic and graphic manifestation became 
particularly significant. A "Graphic Rebellion" became evident marking 
not only all political manifestations at the time but also the visual 
communication and the production of successive social movements and 
activists. Reflecting on this movement and its graphic production is 
tantamount to putting discussions on methods, tools and practices of 
communication, alternative means of communication and aesthetic 
production, social movements and, of course, the history of society 
through the eyes of the history of design and art.
