NordMedia 2017 conference organizes a free pre-conference academic 
workshop for doctoral students in media and communication studies on 
*August 16, 2017*. The program of the workshop includes discussions and 
presentations with experienced scholars about topics concerning 
dissertation writing, methodology, publishing, and more. The workshop 
offers a great chance to share research projects and ideas, and address 
common challenges with experts and other students alike.

The day will conclude with an informal socializing event.
