The symposium explores theoretical and practice-based research into 
digital cultures via a combination of hands-on workshops and formal 
papers. It will explore new approaches to community participation in 
creative production; and the overlaps and convergence between cultural 
studies, sociology, art, media and design, and industry engagement in 
the digital era.

This free event features a keynote presentation and practice workshop on 
'Selfies as method' with Professor Amparo Lasén, Complutense University 
Madrid.

Please note, while no fees will be charged for this event (and no 
catering provided), pre-registrations will be essential. 
Pre-registrations will open in August.
