The Executive Committee of IBER decided to edit 2 volumes per year, 
beginning 2014, instead of one.

Therefore, the call for papers for the first issue in 2014 (IBER nº 5) 
is being launched right now.

Publication: March 2014
IBER's languages: English/Portuguese/Spanish

All articles will be double-blind reviewed by researchers.
