Call for Papers
World Media Economics and Management Conference, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil,
12-16 May 2014
Full length papers must be submitted, accompanied by title and abstract
(250 words maximum). Papers should be 25 pages or less (Times New Roman,
font 12, and 1,5 space), in addition to tables, images and references.
The cover page must include the title of the article, author(s), e-mail
and mailing address(s,) and contact phone number(s). In case of multiple
authors, please indicate one author to be the designated
conference-related email recipient. Papers can be sent in MS Word or PDF
formats.
The deadline for submitting papers is December 1st, 2013. Conference

About the Conference
The World Media Economics and Management Conference is a biannual
conference that unites researchers from all over the world to reflect
upon contemporary questions regarding media economics and management in
media industries and organizations. The first meeting was held in 1994,
followed by China (Beijing), Colombia (Bogotá), the UK (London),
Portugal (Lisbon), Turku (Finland), Canada (Montreal), Spain (Pamplona),
Sweden (Stockholm), Switzerland (Zurich), and Greece (Thessaloniki).
