*Overview*
Published in April 2022 this issue contains a variety of articles from different corners of the disciplinary academic traditions, from authors around the globe. Article topics within include: schizoanalytic cartographies, post-urban life in the Alps, factual divergence and expert trust, challenging stereotypical representation of Italian women, environmental epiphanies, disability representation in the media; along with two extended conversations with noted scholars. The issue’s editorial briefly introduces the issue and provides an overview of the articles alongside highlighting a reader survey and anniversary call for papers on ‘authentic interdisciplinary’.

*About the Exchanges Journal*
A scholar-led, peer-reviewed, open access, interdisciplinary, online-only journal dedicated to the publication of high-quality work by researchers in all disciplines. Launched in 2013 by the University of Warwick the title particularly attracts innovative research articles from emerging domain experts and early career researchers, but also seeks to publish scholarly work by authors who combine research with academic teaching or other professional employment. Exchanges fully embraces the tenants of diamond open access, meaning articles are freely available without any reader subscription or access costs, nor are any article processing charges (APC) or publication fees levied on authors. The journal utilises a double-anonymised, editor-mediated and editor mediated managed peer-review model to ensure quality assurance.
