The Palgrave Series in Asia and Pacific Studies was launched in 2016 and seeks to capture multiple facets of this rapidly evolving region and its crucial importance in the international stage in terms of global governance, policy-making and economic development. The range of this series is wide, covering multiple disciplines, which reflect the changing nature and influence of the region on the global stage.

To date, the series has published 13 books on topics ranging from BRI, energy, media, environment, culture and heritage and is now indexed on Scopus.

We would like to invite proposals focusing on the Asia and Pacific regions, on a wide range of topics such as:

  * Business
  * Politics
  * History
  * Linguistics
  * Area Studies
  * Development Studies
  * Environmental Studies
  * Cultural Studies
  * Global Governance
  * Security Studies
  * Media and Film Studies
  * Any other topic related to the region

Book proposals and submissions are welcomed by the editor Dr. Filippo GILARDI (UNNC).

Our Honorary Editor Professor May Tan-Mullins and our international editorial board Dr Melissa Shani Brown, Professor Adam Knee, Dr Gianluigi Negro, and Andrea Střelcová will provide mentoring and guidance on submissions.
