*VIII** Winter School on Public Relations and Advertising "Branding in a 
System of Marketing Communications” of the Faculty of Journalism at St. 
Petersburg State University (4 - 10 February 2009)*



Mass Media Center of the School of Journalism at St. Petersburg State 
University's (St. Petersburg, Russia) is organizing VIII Winter Course 
on PR for public relations and other Mass Communications professionals 
in 2009.



Professionals in Marketing, PR and Advertising, Journalists, 
Researchers, Educators, Graduate students, and others studying PR, 
Advertising, Journalism and Mass Communication are invited to 
participate in the Faculty's VIII Annual Winter School on Public 
Relations and Advertising, entitled "Branding in a System of Marketing 
Communications". Scheduled for February 4 to 10, the program will 
include lectures, training seminars, site visits and round table 
discussions on issues related to public relations and advertising.



The program will be conducted in Russian language.



The program fee for Russians and citizens of the CIS states is RUB 
39,000. This fee includes training, University hotel housing, lunches, 
an information kit, a group photograph, site visits, a cultural 
sightseeing program and a university certificate (visa support for 
foreigners is not included). The fee for Russians and citizens of the 
CIS states without University hotel housing is RUB 35,000. Discounts for 
groups and students are also possible. Interested participants have 
until January 23, 2009 to register.
