Dear ECCR members and friends of ECCR,
At the end of a very active and productive year 2002 during which the ECCR has engaged in numerous challenging initiatives, I want to express my gratitude to all of you who have contributed to ECCR's success in many different ways as members, specialists, contributors, or Board members. I also take this opportunity to extend to you all my best wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy Year 2003.

Au terme d'une année 2002 très active et productive au cours de laquelle ECCR a entrepris bon nombre d'activités stimulantes et a relevé bien des défis, je souhaite exprimer ma gratitude à tous ceux parmi vous qui ont contribué de multiples façons au succès du ECCR en tant que membres, spécialistes, contributeurs, ou membres du Conseil.
