Essays include work on unexplained symptoms and chronicity in Ali Smith’s /Hotel World/, work on representations of time in film about chronically ill women, and musings on sanitizing chronic illness. Also included within the issue are articles on the aesthetics of pain, fatigue, and rest alongside a reflection on a whole decade of disability studies.
