[ecrea] online book: Communication for Development. One World, Multiple Cultures

This book, first published in 1999, introduced the multiplicity
paradigm. It has been out-of-print for a while and is now available for
a free download. With a foreword by Jan Pronk, the former Minister for
the Dutch Development Cooperation.
