After the organization of fourteen (14) successful international
conferences, the 9th International Conference on Communication and
Management (ICCM2025), aims to provide a dynamic forum for knowledge
sharing. The theme of ICCM2025 is 'Reimagining Leadership: Exploring
Innovative Pathways for Business and Communication'. Academics can
consider and discuss how to adapt to current challenges and co-develop a
sustainable path for a better future.
Academics, practitioners, and industry experts will come together to
explore innovative approaches to leadership, communication, and
management. Our goal is to adapt to current challenges and co-develop
sustainable pathways for a better future.
We welcome original research papers, case studies, and practical
insights related to the conference theme.
Though we welcome interdisciplinary research studies, we strongly
encourage contributions that address the following key questions and topic:
Inclusive Leadership: How can leaders foster diversity, equity, and
inclusion within organizations? What strategies promote collaboration
and understanding across diverse teams?
Human Resources in the Digital Age:Explore the impact of technology
on human resources practices. How can organizations leverage digital
tools for talent acquisition, employee development, and well-being?
Navigating Uncertainty: In an ever-changing world, how can leaders
navigate uncertainty? What communication strategies build resilience and
adaptability?
Educational Practices for Tomorrow:How can educational institutions
prepare students for the challenges of the future? Share insights on
innovative teaching methods, lifelong learning, and skill development.
We propose, not exclusively, four thematic panels:
a) Leadership and Management
b) Multidisciplinary Approaches related to Media
c) New Horizons in Journalism
d) Sustainable development
Submissions should address one or more of the key areas mentioned above.
Authors are encouraged to explore interdisciplinary approaches and
engage with diverse perspectives.
