[Commlist] cfp: 12th European Conference on Social Media (ECSM 2025)

This is the First call for papers for the 12th European Conference on 
Social Media (ECSM 2025) being held at ISCAP, Porto, Portugal on 22-23 
May 2025.

The European Conference on Social Media has attracted participants from 
more than 40 countries and been attended by a combination of academic 
scholars, public sector workers, practitioners and individuals who are 
engaged in various aspects of the social media industry. A number of 
journals are selecting papers from the conference for further 
development and publication.


Academic research, case studies and work-in-progress/posters are 
welcomed approaches. PhD Research, proposals for roundtable discussions, 
non-academic contributions and product demonstrations based on the main 
themes are also invited. A prize will be awarded to the best PhD paper 
and the best Poster.

Papers accepted for the conference will be published in the conference 
proceedings, subject to author registration and payment. The Proceedings 
are published with an ISBN and ISSN and are submitted for indexing to a 
number of accreditation bodies, including ISI Web of Science, Elsevier 
Scopus, ProQuest and EBSCO.


Papers that have been presented at the conference will also be 
considered for revision and publication by the following journals:
