[Commlist] Call for 3 Doctoral Research Scholarships - MeDeMAP - Mapping Media for Future Democracies

CICANT - Research Centre for Applied Communication, Culture and New
Technologies is accepting applications for 3 Doctoral Research 
Scholarships in the context of the Horizon Europe projectMeDeMAP - 
Mapping Media for Future Democracies (project no. 101094984).

_Description_
Between the 8 and the 22 of March (11.59  p.m. lisbon time) a call is 
open for 3 (three) research scholarships, hereinafter referred to as 
Doctoral Research Scholarships, in the area of (1) Communication 
Sciences -Statistical Analysis, (2) Communication Sciences - Political 
Science, and (3) Communication Sciences or Media Art - Audiovisual 
Production. The grants will be funded under the European Project MeDeMAP 
- Mapping Media for Future Democracies (Horizon Europe project no. 
101094984). The work to be carried out under the scope of the grants 
will be hosted by the R&D Unit - CICANT - Research Centre for Applied 
Communication, Culture and New Technologies (ref: 5260), at Lusófona 
University - Lisbon University Centre.

_Deadline for applications_
The calls are open from March 8th to March 22nd 2023 (1.59  p.m, Lisbon 
time).

_Submissions_
The call is open from 08 to 22 March 2023, 23:59 (Lisbon time). 
Applications and supporting documents for the application set out in 
this announcement must be submitted by email to (cicant /at/ ulusofona.pt) 
<mailto:(cicant /at/ ulusofona.pt)>, with the subject of the email being 
"Application to PhD Scholarship - COFAC/UL/MeDeMap/2023-01", 
"Application to PhD Scholarship - COFAC/UL/MeDeMap/2023-02" or 
"Application to PhD Scholarship - COFAC/UL/MeDeMap/2023-03". Each 
candidate may only submit one application, under penalty of cancellation 
of all applications submitted. Any false statements or plagiarism on the 
part of the applicants will lead to the cancellation of the application, 
without prejudice to the adoption of other sanctionary measures.
