>150-word abstracts are invited for the session 'Literature and
>Globalization', as part of topic 3 of the LCC Conference ('Globalization
>and Culture'). Though papers have to be presented in English,
>literatures in any language will be considered. Possible themes are:
>- The politics of writing: beyond the centre/periphery debate;
>territoriality and transnationalization;
>- The politics of reading: local, national and international audiences;
>cross-cultural intertextuality;
