[ecrea] Call for papers NISPA - Transparent and Open Government:,Effective Public Communication in the European Administrative Space

We are pleased to invite you to consider submitting a paper proposal for
the panel that we are running on *Transparent and Open Government:
Effective Public Communication in  the European Administrative Space*,
at the
forthcoming NISPAcee 24th Annual Conference, Zagreb, Croatia, May 16-21
2016.

The panel will address issues related to transparency and openness in
government / public administration and public sector, with a special
emphasis on the political communication and public relations concepts
and problems as well as the ICT enabled communication within the
framework of digital government, e-government and e-democracy.

Paper proposals are to be submitted via official NISPAcee 24th Annual
Conference website by 30 October 2015.
