> Gender Studies Research Group, to take place on 
> 9th June 2011 at UWE, Bristol, UK. The 
> conference seeks to create a transdisciplinary 
> dialogue that maps the cutting edges in gender 
> studies research, practice and activism.
> In line with our transdisciplinary theme we 
> invite submissions from researchers, across the 
> social sciences, arts and humanities and from 
> practitioners and activists concerned with 
> gender and in/equality issues. In particular, we 
> invite submissions addressing gendered aspects of
> ?       Citizenship, social policy and human rights;
> ?       Health, health care and health technologies;
> ?       Workplace and educational settings and organisational practicces;
> ?       Conceptualisations, productions, uses 
> and impacts of social,  cultural, media, 
> architectural, environmental and/or political spaces;
