Call for papers ? Quaderns del CAC
Quaderns del CAC invites researchers on
audiovisual media studies to publish the results of their works. From
2010, Quaderns del CAC reorganizes its contents
and turns its section ?Observatory? into a platform for the
publication of the developing researches in
audiovisual communication and culture. The half-yearly journal
publishes a new issue every June and December.
In order to analyze in a critical approach the
state of art on image and audiovisual topics, Quaderns del CAC
aims to promote the debate and the investigation
in this field. Apart from the monographic topic of every issue,
the journal wants to receive and publish in the
?Observatory? section the top quality research coming from
academic and professional centers. The publishing
aims of Quaderns del CAC suggest a multidisciplinary
approach to the field of audiovisual
communication and culture from social, political, legal, economic,
humanistic or technologycal points of view.
Besides, it gives a special attention, in the framework of the
European and international investigation, to
those works dealing with geographic and subject areas close to the
Catalan Audiovisual Council (CAC).
Contributions sent will be assessed via a blind
review. Originals must be presented according to the rules
specified in the Guide for presenting articles.
The deadline to receive articles to the June issue is 31st January
2010.
