27-09-2004 (UNESCO) - On 23 September 2004, the Director-General of UNESCO,
Koïchiro Matsuura, opened with Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian
Federation, and Vitaly Ignatenko, Director-General of ITAR-TASS, the World
Congress of News Agencies entitled Information: Challenge XXI .
