Title: Discussion on the implications of the so-called BOLOGNA DECLARATION for communication studies

Dear colleagues,

Some ECCR members have expressed an interest in a discussion on the implications of the so-called BOLOGNA DECLARATION for communication studies. The restructuring of the university curriculum into a Bachelor and Master structure, and the consequences for course offerings and mobility of teachers and students has obviously created a lot of anxiety among European scholars and policymakers. 
Therefore, if there is enough interest in the matter the ECCR could  organise a  meeting in Brussels to assess the changes and to agree on a common strategy for the future.
