[eccr] Second Winter School on Public Relations at St.Petersburg State University

         SECOND WINTER SCHOOL ON PUBLIC RELATIONS:
  <PUBLIC RELATIONS IN THE SYSTEM OF INTEGRATED MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS>
       (28 January - 6 February 2003, St. Petersburg, Russia)

Scholars, educators, journalists, PR and advertising professionals and students in PR,
media, and mass communication are invited to participate in this Winter course. This is
an excellent opportunity to widen views on mass communication studies studying
Russian media  and public relations in political and economic perspectives.

Main subjects of the Winter School are the following:
- Integrated Marketing Communications and PR techniques.
- Marketing.
- Communication Management.
- PR techniques in Business.
- Advertising.
- Political and Governmental Public Relations.
- Election Campaigns.
- Information and Psychological Wars.
- Crises and Conflicts Public Relations.
- Manipulation techniques. NLP.
- PR and New Information Technologies.
- Ethical regulation of PR.

Courses are given by the best faculty and staff of the School of Journalism at
St.Petersburg State University and  experienced PR and Media professionals.

Working language: Russian.

Registration until 10 January 2003.

Mass Media Center will provide participants with training, formal invitations,
dormitory  housing,  lunches, site visits, information package, group  photograph  and
sightseeing programme during the Winter School.

Dormitory housing will be arranged in bedrooms of the hostel of St.Petersburg State
University. Dormitory  housing is included to the tuition fee. There is an additional
opportunity of  comfortable  hotel  housing for the Winter School participants (not
included  to the tuition fee). Mass Media Center can assist the participants in the
hotels reservation. Participants are responsible for the trip to St.Petersburg.

Tuition fee (including training, formal invitations, dormitory housing, lunches,
information kit, group photograph, site visits, Certificate of the University and cultural
programme) is 22 400 Russian Roubles for participants from western, developing,
CEE (Central  and East European) and Baltic countries and 17 600  Russian Roubles
for participants from Russia and other countries of the Commonwealth of Independent
States (CIS). Discounts for groups are also possible. Participants can pay money in
Russian Roubles directly in St.Petersburg or via bank transfer.
