First Round of NGOs Meetings on WSIS Ended at UNESCO
February 25, 2002 - Last Friday ended at UNESCO's Paris Headquarters a first
round of meetings organized by UNESCO for representatives of some forty NGOs
to formulate proposals on what, in their opinion, should appear in the
Declaration of Principles and in the Plan of Action of the 2003 World Summit
on the Information Society (WSIS).
