  Religious Belonging and Digital Media

 We invite you to Erfurt, Germany, for a week in September to discuss religious belonging and digital media.

  Who is addressed?
  • advanced MA students, PhD students, recent PhDs
  From:
  • Religious Studies
  • Anthropology/Ethnology
  • Sociology
  • Political Science
  • History
  • Media and Communication
  • etc.

  What is in it for me?
 • a week in the company of dedicated academics, focusing on the topic of religious belonging in the age of digital media
  • participant presentations, workshops, lectures and excursions
 • all expenses are covered, including travel (up to € 750), accommodation and food

How do I apply?
 By sending a motivation letter of 1-2 pages (not AI-generated) to (religious-belonging /at/ uni-erfurt.de) <mailto:(religious-belonging /at/ uni-erfurt.de)> by 31 March 2025. The letter must include:
  • your educational background and command of English
  • your current affiliation and place of residence
  • your current research field and how it relates to the topic of the summer school ù
• a short abstract of your presentation
