The 20th NECS Graduate Workshop will be taking place *February 14-15, 
2023*, in Potsdam, Germany and will be hosted by the Film University 
Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF.

The theme for the upcoming Graduate Workshop is *‘Festival Cultures: New 
Ways to Study Networks, Circulation & Canon Production’*. You can find
