[Commlist] CFP - 2nd CCVA Unfinished Projects Forum

*The NECS CCVA is proud to announce the /2^nd Unfinished Projects 
Forum/, which will take place on June 17^th as a /pre-conference event/ 
at Cre.Zi.Plus in Palermo, Italy.*

The event aims at gathering current and new CCVA members to offer an 
occasion of encounter, critical discussion and feedback around ongoing 
projects. This half-day session is designed as a proper /forum/, with 
10/15 minutes presentations about unfinished curatorial, practice-based, 
theoretical projects alike dealing with the topics at the heart of the 
workgroup interests. A round of feedback of 30/40 minutes will follow 
each presentation, in order to foster a truly productive discussion and 
facilitate the development of the projects.

Members interested in participating are invited to submit a proposal 
(300 words max) alongside their biographical note (150 words max) to the 
CCVA chairs ((patnogueira /at/ gmail.com) <mailto:(patnogueira /at/ gmail.com)>and 
(miriam.derosa /at/ coventry.ac.uk) <mailto:(miriam.derosa /at/ coventry.ac.uk)>) by 
March 13^th . Notification of acceptance will be sent by March 23^rd . 
This timeframe coincides approximately with the notification of 
acceptance of the main conference, so that participants may organise 
their travel to Palermo with no delays.

Presentations may include slideshows and a/v materials. If your 
unfinished project includes an installation or performative component, 
please make sure to say so in your proposal so that we can accommodate 
your requests in collaboration with the space managers.

The participation to the Forum is free but a valid NECS membership is 
required.

The session will last the entire afternoon of June 17^th 2020 and will 
close with an open film screening and social dinner at the venue which 
will be confirmed very shortly. Attendance open to all.
