THEME OF THE CONFERENCE
Neglected, underestimated or non-existent in most public and private
organizations, internal communication is one of the key factors in
performance management and the competitiveness of the human capital of
public and private organizations. One of the tasks of internal
communication is to render the organization's strategy meaningful and to
allow each employee to go beyond the individual logic in order to
achieve group logic.
Internal communication is also one of the hallmarks of the performance
and competitiveness of the organization's human capital, which means
that it has a direct impact on the organization's results through
employee attitudes and behaviors and collaborators. The added value of
internal communication is more important when the manager adopts a
management mode centered on the human capital of the organization.
Internal communication stems from the organization's strategy and is the
result of its organizational culture. It is never the cause of the
dysfunctions of the organization or its management, but it is its
symptomt. Internal communication is a central process, a constitutive
function of management.
In the continuity of the previous edition realized in 2017, this 2nd
international conference on "the place of internal communication in the
management of the performance and the competitiveness of the human
capital of the public and private organizations" is a noteworthy
platform for a responsible exchange between research and experience,
researchers and practitioners of internal communication as well as human
capital management of public and private organizations. It is also within
the spirit of research and development in addition to disciplinary and
interdisciplinary structuring.
The conference opens the debate on a multidimensional and
multidisciplinary question, namely: "how to rethink the practices of
internal communication in the management of the performance and the
competitiveness of the human capital of public and private
organizations". We also hope through this symposium to understand the
relationship between internal communication and the management of human
capital competitiveness of public and private organizations in order to
maintain a competitive advantage in a context of organizational change
in public and private organizations.

following axe:
