[Commlist] DMRC - Call for PhD scholarship applications

The Digital Media Research Centre (DMRC) based at Queensland University 
of Technology (QUT) in Brisbane, Australia, is calling for applications 
for our Annual Scholarship Round!

As in previous years, we’ll ask prospective applicants to submit 
proposals through an EOI process, which will close on 1 September, prior 
to the Annual Scholarship Round deadline of 30 September.
