[eccr] deadline for registration for ECCR conference approaching

Dear all,

The European Consortium for Communications Research is organising on 1 
March 2004 a one-day conference in the European Parliament on the World 
Summit of the Information Society and on the New Commission Agenda.

The security measures in the EP are very strict. For this reason it is 
absolutely necessary to register before February 15, 2004. All the 
information concerning the conference (including the registration form) can 
be found at http://www.eccr.info

Below, you'll also find a copy of the registration form, which need to be 
mailed to Marleen Meyvis <(marleen.meyvis /at/ kubrussel.ac.be)>.

It is also vital that you bring your passport or identity card.
