[ecrea] PhD studentships at Loughborough University

 The competition for doctoral scholarships at Loughborough University 
via the ESRC Midlands Graduate School is now open (deadline January 
22nd). The ESRC Midlands Graduate School offers funded PhD opportunities 
in several areas, including in communication, media and culture.
Several different funding options are available, including an integrated 
MRes degree followed by a PhD (4 years in total), PhD only (three year), 
both available either Full-time or Part-time.

Prospective students wishing to apply for funding under the 
Communication & Media pathway should submit an application for a 
MPhil/PhD in Social Sciences. Prospective students are advised to 
consult the webpages of academic members of staff and send their initial 
inquiry and research proposal to a member of staff with relevant 
expertise, indicating that they are interested in ESRC funding.
