TheSchool of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of 
Newcastle invites applications for twoLevel B ongoing positionsin 
Digital Humanitiesand English and Creative Writing.

Specialisations in Digital Humanities should include at least two of the 
following:digital humanities; digital cultures; social media; screen 
studies; contemporary media industries; digital interactive media; 
web-based media.

Candidates for the English and Creative Writing position should 
demonstrate expertise in at least one of the following areas of research 
and teaching: creative writing; children’s/young adult literature; 
contemporary literature; world literature; or early modern literature.
