[ecrea] Call for applications for Thessaloniki International Summer Media Academy

School of Journalism and Mass Communications of Aristotle University Thessaloniki (AUT), Jean Monet Chair for European Integration Journalism with participating partners Deutsche Welle Akademie (DW Akademie), University of Zagreb Croatia, University of Novi-Sad Serbia, Beijing Foreign Studies University, Center for Media and Information Literacy at Temple University USA, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Media Literacy Institute, Proof organization  organise the 2nd Thessaloniki International Media Summer Academy: "New Trends in Media and Journalism: Disinformation, Verification of News and Constructive Journalism in a Changing World“ in Thessaloniki, Greece, between 13th-21th July 2018.

This year and immediately after the completion of the core courses the International Media Summer Academy in co-operation with the Proof Organisation: Media for Social Justice will organise a special optional workshop on “Witnessing: Refugee Testimonies and Advocacy Workshop” as an additional choice for the attendants in order to be trained in testimonies and advocacy in conflicts, wars and in working with vulnerable groups

The joint initiative brings together the reputation and expertise of respected and well-known institutions from Europe, Asia and USA and very know and best speakers.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis before the deadline, so please submit as soon as possible. Several partial scholarships are available to top applicants.
