The organizer, “Unilimited Viaggi” Florentine agency, is glad to inform 
that the Call for Papers of the 2nd International Conference on creative 
society “Creativity: Individual or Social Phenomenon?” is open.

CONFERENCE FEES:

    Early Bird Fee: 335 Euro

(valid until January 22nd, 2018 – obligatory for all the authors / 
speakers, to confirm their presence in the final program)

    Student Speaker Fee: 215 Euro

(valid until January 22nd , 2018 – obligatory for all the student 
authors / speakers, to confirm their presence in the final program)

    Standard Fee : 365 Euro

(valid starting from January 08th until February 16th, 2018 – for non 
authors and non speakers)

The Conference fees include:

 –      ​Assistance by a referent for any organizational inquiry

–      Attendance to the working sessions of the conference: March 
5th-6th, 2018
–      2 Coffee breaks per day

–      Social Moments:

    Welcome Aperitif: March 5th, 2018
    Farewell Dinner: March 6th, 2018

–      Discount lunch cards for having lunch independently in the Caffè 
Astra al Duomo

–      Conference kit
–      Optional visit of the Museo Fondazione Del Bianco in Palazzo Coppini
–      Certificate of participation

Student Observer Daily Fee: 25 Euro

(this Daily Conference Fee includes student observer participation in 
1-day academic sessions with coffee break only)



HOW TO REGISTER AND PAY

1) Send email for information to: (info /at/ unlimitedviaggi.it)

2) Payment, bank transfer is required RIFERIMENTI BANCARI, con richiesta 
di indicare anche l’oggetto del pagamento



CANCELLATION POLICY for the participants:

The cancellations of packages carried out by written communication to 
the secretariat 60 days before the event (January 05th, 2018) will be 
reimbursed with a 30% deduction for secretarial costs.
After this deadline, cancellation is possible only for visa problem, 
copy of the embassy letter must be sent to the secretary office and 50% 
of the paid amount will be reimbursed. Starting 30 days before the event 
(February 03th, 2017) no reimbursements will be possible.

Reimbursement will be realized only by bank transfer, IBAN and SWIFT 
code are necessary and the bank costs will be upon you. The 
reimbursement will be done maximum 60 days after the closing of the 
event or after receiving the bank information. Please note that 
reimbursements in

accordance to the cancellation policies are only possible if, at the 
moment of cancellation notification, the necessary data and bank details 
are transmitted. The fees of processing the reimbursement operation will 
be deducted from the due reimbursement sum.

The participants are kindly invited to use the Best Practice Reservation
