Call for Papers: Discourse studies: theories and methodologies at the crossroads of language and society (Guest Editor: Professor Johannes Angermuller, University of Warwick, UK)
14.05.2016

While discourse analysis is an established subfield within linguistics, discourse designates an object of investigation and topic of controversial debate in many other fields of the social sciences and humanities. This collection reflects the growing awareness of the many strands and traditions that have been developing in different disciplines and aims to take stock of discourse studies as an interdisciplinary field. Its objective is to step outside the niche of established schools and to make recent discourse-related developments in specialised disciplinary fields available to a broader interdisciplinary audience. Article proposals are invited that approach the topic from theoretical and/or methodological vantage points.

Article proposals (including working title and abstract summary) should be sent to the Managing Editor at: (Palcomms /at/ palgrave.com)

Deadline for full submissions: November, 2016*

*Extensions beyond this deadline are available for authors who need longer

email: (Palcomms /at/ palgrave.com)
