[ecrea] Lecturer in Contemporary Film and Media, University College Cork

University College Cork wishes to appoint a Lecturer in Contemporary
Film and Media. We welcome applications from candidates with expertise
in any area of contemporary film and media studies; however, candidates
with a teaching and/or research expertise in film and new media
industries, contemporary cinema, and film and media theory will
be especially welcome.  The successful candidate will be expected to
contribute modules to the BA in Film and Screen Media and to the MA in
Film and Screen Media, and to supervise postgraduate research in the
area of contemporary film and media.  The successful candidate will also
be required to coordinate and develop links with our Industry
partners.  Experience of video production or practice-based assessment
is essential.
