With an increase in media competition, the speed of market globalization

helping its Members build a strong case about the value they deliver to
citizens.

In 2015, the Media Intelligence Service of the EBU launched the project
PSM Contribution to Society with the aim of identifying the areas in
which public service media deliver value, methodologies to assess their
impact and new ways to build better their case. More information about
the project and its deliverables can be found here:

In 2016, the project has launched its 2nd phase, which includes
awareness actions, helping EBU Members to implement the proposed
methodologies and further research.
