[ecrea] IAMCR pre-conference "Building Community - Shaping Change"

The IAMCR Community Communication Section and the UNESCO Chair for 
Community Media are hosting a pre-conference to this year's annual 
conference of the International Association for Media and Communication 
Research (IAMCR) in Hyderabad, India. The pre-conference will take place 
on 13 and 14 July 2014, and it will bring together scholars and 
practitioners from community, citizen and alternative media. The 
pre-conference is open to interested academics and activists, both from 
IAMCR and beyond.
